Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has consented to sign the "Charter of Economy" (CoE) to get the country out of its present financial crisis.
The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry created the CoE. (RCCI).
In a meeting with the chamber's delegation, the PTI chairman declared his willingness to sign the CoE.
TRAD Only an early election can end the economic and political difficulties, according to Imran.
The RCCI stated in a statement that it has launched a campaign to get all political parties on the same page in order to help the country out of its economic crisis.
According to an RCCI senior leader, the meeting with the PTI chairman was good, and his assent to the CoE was a "positive indication" for the business community.
He said that the group also spoke with the former premier about the Ring Road project and the Lai Expressway.
